Salobreña Spain

Salobreña is a locality and Spanish municipality located in the center-west part of the region of the Costa Granadina or Costa Tropical, in the province of Granada, autonomous community of Andalusia. On the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, Salobreña borders the municipalities of Motril, Vélez de Benaudalla, Los Guájares, Molvízar, Ítrabo and Almuñécar. The municipality of Salobreña comprises the population centers of Salobreña -located in a rock crowned by an Arab castle-, Lobres, Salobreña Beach, Caleta-La Guardia, Monte Almendros, Alfa Mar, Aguilera Coast and El Pargo. In its municipal term the Guadalfeo river ends.
